In an organization, everybody wanted to hope in and drive a car. Of course, big boss is sitting on the passanger seat and let his/her subordinate to drive. Sometimes, big boss need to drive too.
Here are some situations that might happen to you.
Some colleagues drive without listening to the other colleague's instruction.
Some colleagues lazy to drive, but ask the other colleague's to drive without giving any instruction.
Some colleagues wanted to drive, but dunno how to drive.
Some colleagues don't know how to drive, and know the way, but don't like to share.
Some colleagues don't know how to drive, and don't know the way, but giving a lots of instructions.
Some colleagues fight to be a driver, because they think they know the way.
Some colleagues like to drive, and listen to the other colleague that know the way.
If you know the way that it's not what you want, you can always get out of the car when the car is stop in-front of the traffic light.

P/s: Don't ever get out of the car when the car is moving. It's dangerous!
