Uncomfortable

It's uncomfortable to propose a new design that might fail.

It's uncomfortable to defeat my working partner {cum friend}.

It's uncomfortable to work with partner who just giving unclears orders which have no idea at all and follow those orders without understanding.

It's uncomfortable to handle a situation that supposed the team agree the ideas, but than point out disagreement when the boss doesn't like the idea.

It's uncomfortable to stand up in front of partner but than feel like stranger.

A good wolf

I read the beautiful story called "The one you feed"
The story goes like this,
One day, a bad wolf* fight with a good wolf**,
The grandson ask his grandfather,
"Grandpa, who will win?"
Grandpa answered,
"Son, the one you feed"

This is a story from me after I read "The one you feed"
One day, a bad wolf fight with a good wolf,
A good wolf never return the fight,
The son ask his father,
"Papa, why the good wolf didn't fight back?"
Papa said,
"Son, you will know the end of the story"

The father continue his story,
The next day, again, the bad wolf fight with good wolf,
And the good wolf never return the fight either,

One fine day, the good wolf found a food,
And he saw the bad wolf was falling sick,
The good wolf shared his food with the bad wolf,
The bad wolf eaten the food.

Later, the day, the bad wolf recovered,
And he become strong,
He start looking the good wolf,
And fight with the good wolf, again.

This time the good wolf was very bad injured,
The bad wolf was so happy.
He said,
"I win again! Hahaha!"

The good wolf was so weak,
And couldn't find food,
But rest on the field.

Few days later,
The good wolf's body full of worms and flies,
The bad wolf saw it.

The bad wolf bring food for the good wolf,
But, the good wolf couldn't eat,
Because he was so weak.

The bad wolf slice the food,
And put the food into the good wolf's mouth,
By the time he put the food,
The good wolf smile and die,
With a happy heart.

From the day onwards,
The bad wolf become a good wolf,
The good wolf knows that one day, the bad wolf will become a good wolf.

Papa added,
"In this story,
The good wolf knows what is love, peace and faith,
The bad wolf become a good wolf,
And this is manifest, from bad to good"

*A bad wolf {anger, envy, jealousy, greed, and arrogance}
** A good wolf {peace, love, hope, humility, compassion, and faith}

A solution

If I won a design award for a book cover design. Do I win? No, I only win the book cover, not the content of the book. That is not a solution.

die vs. disappear

Die is to be born again...

Disappear is fade away...

The one you feed

One evening, an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, "My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, greed, and arrogance. The other is Good - It is peace, love, hope, humility, compassion, and faith."

The grandson thought about this for a while and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"

To which the old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
